We couldn't ask for a better salesman than Curt Riddle at Preston Ford in Burton, OH. He worked with us on getting what we needed in a new vehicle. There were times that any other salesman would have lost patience with us but Curt Didn't. We are thankful for that. Our 2012 Ford Escape was the second vehicle we bought from Preston Ford. When the time comes for a third vehicle purchase, we will be going to Preston Ford in Burton, OH and look for Curt Riddle.

Dear Pat, I would like to take a minute to congratulate you on your excellent staff at Ford Service. The experience was great from the start talking to Joe the service writer to the service itself. I bought a 2011 F350 from a dealer in Orville, Ohio and noticed a noise in the front end. I expressed my concern to the salesman and he said it would be taken care of. I did not hear the noise at first, but when I got to Akron the noise was back. So I brought the truck up to Preston and Dave Hoskins was able to troubleshoot the problem and get it resolved the first try. This was on 12/29/11 and no problem since. I will be bringing my truck back for future service at your dealership.

First, I am very satisfied with my for F150 Raptor!!! This is an awesome vehicle and I am coming from driving three different types of Audis. A 1998 Audi to my last model a 2006 Audi A6 and do not regret one bit buying this All American Truck! Preston Ford, expecially their sales Manager Darrell Domanovics, was a great help in assuring me all my questions and concerns were properly satisfied. One example (ongoing), would be how Darrell assured me that everything would be handled regarding my vehicle delivery (FYI I am located in Los Angeles County in California and Preston Ford is in Ohio!) Surely enough, there was a small situation with the antenna when I took delivery of the Raptor in CA, one phone call to Darrell and he was already handling the situation, that is great customer service!!! And for that very reason, when I purchase my next Ford, I will be contacting Preston Ford in Burton, Ohio, specifically Darrell! THANK YOU FORD FOR PRODUCING THIS AWESOME SVT RAPTOR. P.S. The kicker for me on making the leap to Ford was that you did not receive/take any stimulus/Bail out assistance of any kind from the government! USA!!

This is the second time Madison Village Police Department has purchased a new vehicle from Curt Riddle. This was a last minute decision for our agency to purchase a new Crown Victoria. Due to Ford not manufacturing this vehicle any longer, we were not able to order one. I asked Curt to check overstock on these vehicles, he did and located one. Not only a car, but the color I needed for our fleet. This vehicle was located out of Ohio, Curt made the necessary transportation arrangements and the car was on his lot ready for pickup in less than 2 days. I also had the occasion to have work performed on one of our older Crown Vics in July 2011. This car had exhibited an intermittent steering problem for months. I had sent this vehicle to another Ford Dealer mulitple times to have the issue located and repaired. This dealer always said they could not duplicate any of the problems I had indicated. They did give a few options of what could be replaced, but no guarantee that the problem would be fixed. I spoke with Curt Riddle about this and he put me in contact with Gary Slepsky/Service Consultant at Preston. I dropped the car off and gave all the background info on the problems occurring to Gary. The next day he called and advised his technicians were able to duplicate all of the issues and problems that my officers had continually reported. He explained what the repair needs were and yes, he guaranteed the problems will be fixed. The cruiser is running/steering as it did from the factory in 2005 when it was manufactured. All employees at Preston Ford whether in person or on the phone are extremely professional, courteous, caring and willing to help. If they don't know the answer to your question, they direct you to someone who can. Everyone seems to work as a TEAM and truly enjoy their jobs. I will always recommend Curt Riddle and Preston Ford to friends and family. My daughter purchased a used vehicle from Curt. She also had an extremely positive experience during the purchase, along with any routine service she has completed at Preston. Thank you and keep up the good work TEAM!!

I explained that I was not happy with my car since pistons, rings, & wheel bearings all had to be replaced at 22,000 miles. JJ Moore offered to show me the Sonic and see what he could do to make it right. He did, he stayed in my price range and didn't try to sell me somehting that would have been out of my price!

Much more personal and comfortable than other dealerships I've been to. I wasn't judged the second I walked through the door as being just some college kid needing a car but as a potential life long customer. My salesperson (John Piazza) displayed to me that he really wanted me to get into a quality Ford vehicle, not just make some money, and did all he could do to get me there in the terms I set for him with my budget. From the moment I spoke with a gentleman on the phone about getting a Kia Soul at Preston--everything has been fabulous! I love the service call reminders to schedule oil changes etc...The ladies that call are friendly, persistent and just plain fun to talk with! I love my Kia Soul more everyday--and in 28 years of driving I think this has been the most stress free car period ever! I know that if the car makes a sound that is unfamiliar that your staff is a phone call away and always willing to look at it and either fix it or simply say--"brakes will make squeaky noises after getting wet on first trip out in the morning; all is good" so I don't have to worry is something going to go wrong... Because it seems everyone has questions about the Soul--I even made little cards with JJ Moore's number and your address on them to keep in the car; since I kept having to look for paper to write it down for people--So hopefully, you have gotten some business from my efforts. But thank you for recognizing my anniversary-for running such a people friendly HONEST dealership--The saying "you can never trust a car salesman" IS SO UNTRUE at your dealership that I actually feel proud to have your name on my car and share my horrible experience last summer trying to buy a car on the Bedford Auto Mile every opportunity I get and how an internet search and a call to Preston's was like a gift from above...Keep up the great work and thank you for reminding me of the date..I am going to go out and take a picture of my car with a birthday candle on it to post on my facebook page just for fun!!
